✧ Returns & Exchanges

At Sonata, we want you to love every piece you wear.

If something isn’t quite right, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.


✧ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


✧ Free Returns

We offer free returns for all eligible orders.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions to send your item back at no cost.


✧ Exchanges

Need a different size or color?

We offer free exchanges for eligible items. Simply request an exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process to ensure you receive the perfect fit.


✧ Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


✧ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we sincerely apologize.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free replacement, based on your preference
